Hey Marblehead! My name’s Andy. Starting as a dishwasher – within a few years I became kitchen manager at a well known restaurant in Columbus, Ohio, where I have been for almost 14 years. I crafted catering events, wine tastings, and busted through nonstop busy days with still making sure there’s time for laughter, and service being the priority.

My name’s Brent. I was a server and supervisor under Andy for over ten years growing up in a restaurant. The past 5 years I have gone into project management and sales leadership in Florida and Columbus alike – but one thing remained the same. I missed working with the best boss I’ve ever had, who turned into my best friend (it’s just what he does to people!). Andy is without question the best kitchen manager or boss I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and am so excited to work along side him again and serve you all!
